Our system also allows you to log in and see the financial ledger for your property.

Investing in a property can be a stressful and time consuming endeavor. We minimize both in order to help you enjoy the cash-flow from the property while minimizing the time and stress associated with ownership. We accomplish these two things by carefully screening every tenant and physically inspecting the property. During our screening process, we look for issues in the tenant’s rental history and their financial ability to pay the agreed upon rent, along with multiple other items, in order to provide you with the information needed to make your final rental/tenant decision. We also visit the property regularly to ensure it is being maintained and the tenant is complying with the terms of the lease. We will also assist you with the civil eviction process required to remove a tenant, should it be necessary to remove them, and ensure each step is done in accordance with applicable laws.
